Food For Thought: Your Body Is NOT A “Caloric Balance Sheet”



Your body is not a caloric balance sheet. You know this – but do you?? Do you really?? 

Think about all the unconscious – or perhaps conscious – judging you do about food and exercise. You’re constantly thinking is it “good” food? “Bad” food? “Good” exercise? Does it “count??” How many calories are in this? 

You’re doing all of this judging that you don’t even realize you’re doing. So no – your body is not a caloric balance sheet. And let go of all of the assumptions that come out of that model.
