Food For Thought: STOP Trying to “Love Your Body”

Love cannot be compelled. Love cannot be coerced. 

So stop trying to “love your body. ” stop trying to love yourself. Instead – just stop hating yourself. Stop hating your body.

Stop doing all of those millions of little things that you do all day long – maybe unconsciously – but you do them all day long – that undermine your sense of self and undermine your relationship with your body. 

Stop doing that and you will create a little space and a little grace and watch how your life and your body transform.
